Hey thanks for creating such an awesome site guys, I'm just glad I'm one of the first users

I've joined this site as a sign of respect for Kane, hes a great guy whos helped me out greatly with gains and motivation the last few years. Hopefully I can help out with the site in anyway I can ! Heres, small Intro, I'm Jake, been training hard for three years in the UK, always aimed my shape on a athletic but strong look, aiming for a larger gains this year Heres a couple of pics, would add more but theres a glitch in the picture upload (Says I've added over 4?)
